No need for lengthy explanations - highly addictive food (you shouldn't eat more than once a month probably...)

Unfortunately, the hygiene measures are not adhered to here. 1 employee was without a face mask when preparing the meal.

Incredibly insolent. Ordered something and received it completely wrong. When asked whether they could help and to contact the supplier who was just 2 minutes away, they just said no, we didn't do anything wrong, and we're closed (8.45 p.m.). We don't do anything, your problem. Lost 20 euros and 3 hungry people. Many Thanks.

The drive queue goes very, very slowly here, with the exception of Regensburgerstrasse, the vehicles are sometimes parked!

Absolute cheek. Takes the big bill and "forgets" to give me the change. I then draw his attention, he apologizes and asks me to stop for a moment. There I wait a short time after which I have to go back to the store myself to ask for my change.

This year has taken everyone because of Corona, but you don't have to yell at customers who are in the store. You can politely ask customers to leave the sales room or put up doormen. Never before in my life have I seen such arrogant checkout staff;

Delicious food, great selection. There are always innovations such as the Ricebox, which is still a pleasure the next day! The team is very friendly and you are always served quickly.

I would have loved to give 0 points. Unfriendly staff at the checkout and at the counter. They don't know forms of politeness, arrogant up to the ear. What are they actually imagining? And the food is no longer what it used to be! If anything, it is only worth going to Fürth, Kentucky.

Above-average waiting times, unfortunately this has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant, you are better served somewhere else ... alternative would be 0 stars

If KFC then definitely here! Here you have the full selection and not just half. When it comes to the cleanliness, I can't complain.

The burger was a joke. Salad completely mushy. Has apparently been in a warming box for 2 hours. Meat was tiny and breaded completely soaked. For 5.95 euros a cheek

Incredibly dewy branch. The hygiene concept for Corona is adhered to (staff in the kitchen walk around without a mask) and the staff (especially at the checkout and taking orders) is very unfriendly!

If you could give 0 stars, it would be 0! The same game every night! Any time. What you want doesn't exist anymore! We don't have this, not that, not all. It is now the third time that I simply drive again because there is nothing left I want. Just sad. Food is good in itself when you get something. It's always a game of chance. I think I'll be playing the lottery in the future rather than going to the KFC 😤

Way too busy. The employees can hardly keep up but are very nice. The entrance is so overloaded that people drive in through the exit because everything is overloaded! I'll have a look the next time and if it goes against it I'll definitely go on!

The food there is delicious and freshly prepared. We like to go or drive there. The staff is very friendly too. Top 👍🏼

Every time I buy something here something is missing and that is not an exaggeration. Especially when you have to queue up again and wait 15 minutes until you can complain about your order or make the employee aware that something is missing! Is that a scam?

The drive here is a bit strange, sometimes you don't understand anything and are only poorly understood! In addition, you sometimes stand at the counter for 5 minutes although nobody else is there until someone reports! I don't think I have to say much about the food! ;)

I'm always happy to experiment and try new burgers, but I've never liked bacon on my burgers. I like all kinds of burgers, but when I don't want to try anything new, my default burger is this: Two beef patties with two slices of American cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and raw onions. I even like to put my fries directly on my burger. That's how I like my burgers. All the flavors balance each other out, and nothing has a texture too contrarian that it stands out like a sore thumb. The result is a rich, succulent sandwich with a bit of zing. The richness of the cheese, beef, and ketchup is kept in check to not overpower the eater by the mustard, pickles, and onions. The onions and pickles also add a lovely freshness to your meal. They have a subtle, mild crunch in contrast to the tender beef and soft bun but still integrate nicely with the overall texture and flavor. While this can also be accomplished with lettuce, I find most restaurants put too much lettuce on the burger. The only type of lettuce that belongs on a burger is shredded iceburg lettuce. While this can add freshness and mild crunch to a burger, I find it to be not as effective as pickles and raw onions, nor does it add any zing. The ketchup and mustard keep the overall experience from being too dry while adding flavor without a distracting texture. However, I find condiments should always be placed on the thicker top bun. Otherwise, it ruins the structural integrity of the bottom bun. Buns should be lightly toasted so that they don't become sticky and mushy when you bit into them but not so toasted that they have any distracting crispiness. Truly, this burger is so perfectly balanced that Thanos would be proud to eat it. Bacon always ruins this formula. For some reason, there are only two ways that bacon can be cooked: meaty and chewy or crispy. How many times have you ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came with chewy bacon? How many times have you ordered a bacon cheeseburger with crunchy bacon whose texture is completely contrary to the rest of the burger? While the bacon may taste good on a burger, it's distracting texture doesn't justify adding it to your burger. All it does is add extra grease and calories to your meal while distracting you from the rest of the burger. While the smokey flavor may be a nice addition, bacon's smokiness is simply too strong and stands out too much. It makes it harder to taste the rest of the burger. If you want smokiness on your burger, just cook the patties in a little left over bacon grease or put smoked Gouda cheese on your burger. If you don't think a burger is good without bacon, then your burger was never good to begin with.

The cashier stole each type chicken from our big Bucket, because we are foreigners and don't speak the language well. Never visit this restaurant again!!!
